One of my favorite salads. It reminds me of summer. This is the first one of the season.
Ingredients
Combine baby spinach, butter lettuce & radicchio
Grilled chicken (optional)
Toasted walnuts
Avocado
Dried cranberries
Goat cheese
Green onions
Dressing
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Honey
Beverage
Tecate beer
